These terms apply when you browse or buy from Pretty Normal People. Nothing in them removes rights you hold as a consumer.
01Who you are buying from
Paddle acts as merchant of record for payments. Pretty Normal People supplies the image sets and handles questions about the files and their licence.

02What we sell
Downloadable digital image sets featuring AI-generated characters. No physical goods are shipped. Set pages show the image count, file specifications, licence and price before you buy.
03Ordering, prices and payment
The contract is formed when payment is confirmed and we send your order confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order where fraud or misuse is suspected.
Prices are shown in euros. The total payable, including any applicable VAT, is shown before the binding payment action — no hidden fees, no pre-selected extras. VAT is determined by our payment and tax provider based on your country and, where relevant, your validated business VAT number. We never receive or store your card details.
04Immediate delivery and withdrawal
Downloads become available after payment confirmation. For immediate delivery, we ask you to confirm the following at checkout, actively and separately from accepting these terms:
"I expressly consent to Pretty Normal People supplying the digital content immediately and acknowledge that, once supply begins, I lose my statutory right of withdrawal for this digital content."
Losing the withdrawal right when supply begins does not remove your rights if the files are faulty or not as described.

05Download access
Files are delivered through time-limited download links tied to your order, reissuable on request. Original files are never published at permanent public addresses. Keep your own backups of purchased files.
06Licence and acceptable use
Your use of the files is governed by the image licence, which forms part of these terms. Deliberate redistribution of the original files ends the licence.
The characters are AI-generated and are not intended to represent specific real individuals; resemblance cannot be ruled out. The files may not be used for impersonation, fraudulent profiles, fake testimonials or endorsements, deceptive documentary or political material, or any other use prohibited by the licence.
07Availability, liability and law
We aim to keep the site and downloads available, but do not promise uninterrupted service. Catalogue changes do not affect files you have already licensed.
Our liability is limited only to the extent permitted by law. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or under mandatory consumer protection rules, nor deprives consumers of the protection of mandatory laws in their country of residence.
The version in force is the one published when you order. Current version 9 October 2026.

Write to support@prettynormalpeople.com for anything to do with an order: a failed payment, a missing confirmation, an expired download, a corrupted file, an invoice, a licence question or a statutory rights request. You do not need an account. Personal data is handled as described in the privacy policy.
