Terms

These terms apply when you browse or buy from Pretty Normal People. Nothing in them removes rights you hold as a consumer.

01Who you are buying from

The seller is the business identified on our business information page, together with its registration and contact details.

Business information — including legal name, registration, address and contact routes.

02What we sell

Downloadable digital image sets. The characters depicted in these images are fictional and AI-generated. No physical goods are shipped and no products are posted.

Each set page states the number of images, dimensions, file format, colour profile, approximate download size, licence and price before you buy.

03Ordering

You place an order by completing checkout. The final action that creates a payment obligation is clearly labelled with the amount payable.

The contract is formed when payment is confirmed by our payment provider and we send your order confirmation.

We may decline or cancel an order where fraud or misuse is suspected.

04Prices, VAT and payment

Prices are shown in euros. The total amount payable, including any applicable VAT, is shown before the binding payment action. There are no hidden fees and no pre-selected paid extras.

VAT is determined by our payment and tax provider based on your country and, where relevant, your validated business VAT number. Payment is handled by our payment provider; we never receive or store your card details.

05Immediate digital delivery and withdrawal

We make files available immediately after confirmed payment. Because of that, we ask you to confirm the following at checkout, actively and separately from accepting these terms:

"I expressly consent to Pretty Normal People supplying the digital content immediately and acknowledge that, once supply begins, I lose my statutory right of withdrawal for this digital content."

We record your order ID, email, the timestamp, the wording accepted, and the versions of these terms and the refund policy in force. If that consent is not given, immediate supply does not begin.

Full detail on the Refunds and withdrawal page.

06If something is wrong with the files

Losing the withdrawal right for immediately supplied digital content does not affect your statutory rights where the content is faulty or not as described.

Write to us and we will first try to fix it: correcting or replacing the file, restoring access, or otherwise bringing the content into conformity. Where the law entitles you to a price reduction or termination with a refund, you keep that right.

07Download access

Files are delivered through time-limited download links tied to your order. Links can be reissued on request. Original files are never published at permanent public addresses.

You are responsible for keeping your own backups of purchased files.

08Licence and intellectual property

Your use of the files is governed by the image licence, which forms part of these terms. Deliberate redistribution of the original files ends the licence.

Pretty Normal People grants the licence to the extent of the rights it is entitled to grant. We make no claim about the copyright status of AI-assisted output beyond what the law recognises.

Read the image licence

09Fictional characters and prohibited misuse

The characters shown here are fictional and AI-generated, and are not intended to depict any specific real individual. We cannot rule out accidental resemblance, and every set is reviewed by a person before publication to avoid obvious likeness to identifiable individuals.

The files may not be used for impersonation, fraudulent profiles, fake testimonials or endorsements, deceptive documentary or political material, or any other use prohibited by the licence.

10Availability and liability

We aim to keep the site and downloads available, but we do not promise uninterrupted service. Planned changes to the catalogue do not affect files you have already licensed.

Our liability is limited only to the extent permitted by law. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or under mandatory consumer protection rules.

11Privacy

We process personal data as described in the privacy policy: what we collect, why, on what legal basis, who processes it, and how long we keep it.

12Support and complaints

Write to nilsachenbach@online.de for anything to do with an order: failed payment, a missing confirmation email, an expired download, a corrupted file, the wrong set, an invoice request, a licence question or a statutory rights request. You do not need an account.

Where national rules require us to name an alternative dispute resolution body, that information is published on our business information page before launch.

13Changes and governing law

The version of these terms in force is the one published when you order. Current version 16 August 2026.

Governing law and jurisdiction are those of the seller's country of establishment, as stated on the business information page. This does not deprive a consumer of the protection of the mandatory rules of their country of residence.
